What api to use for the routing service?

I make an order like intaxi.ru
I would like to ask which API is better to use for routing? and that it was free, and there were no difficulties in obtaining the keys, well, or at a minimum of crap.
Where can I find some kind of resource or also an api where city streets and so on are stored, advise that such an autocomplete as there works. Or maybe the router will include it?

for russia is better to use yandex

But the Yandex Maps API does not provide such opportunities? Or are there some nuances?
