What is a free server for "telegram" bot with node.js support?

Do not tell me a server where you can spin the bot for free (since it is not commercial, I would like a free server) with node.js support but without any restrictions, as it is on heroku. The bot does not work there 6 hours a day. Who knows, tell me, please.

I use Google AppEngine for my debt tracking bot https://t.me/DebtsTrackerRuBot . There are also restrictions, but if the load is not very large, it can work for free 24x7.
