How to set up access to an external IP from the local network in Mikrotik?

There is an external IP - 81.95.xx.xxx it can be seen from the outside (which is logical), but not visible inside (from the LAN 192.168.1.1). There are a couple of virtual services on ports 1004 and 11001. I tried various options, but it doesn’t reach the limit so that 81.95.xx.xxx:11001 opens from LAN.

I would also read Mikrotik NAT here , since you will have to use DST / SRC-NAT for port forwarding.
