However, here you need to understand the purpose of this whole thing.
1) If this is a typical enterprise, then it is better to use crm from 1C or amoCRM. - suitability, plus a bunch of different modules. They cost some money, but still not that expensive, given the cost of refining free solutions.
2) If this is a big company, then usually CRM is written from scratch for your own purposes. More often on frameworks by type: zend framework / django and so on.
