Here it is worth paying attention to what kind of community support the CMS has. In this regard, WP is very popular, but! I, as a developer, avoided it for a long time, because "stupidly from the admin panel" I did not immediately understand everything, as an ordinary user.
I recommend Joomla. Yes, not the best CMS, those "who are in the know" will be able to write a lot of minuses here, but for the average user there will be even more pluses. Everything is very intuitive.
