What is a classic landing page template?

The customer wants a "classic" landing, like competitors:
once or
twice
. I see that they are on WP, I see that the template is almost one to one similar, but I can't figure out what the template is.
This is generally similar to the "business standard" for Russian-language landings, while foreign club templates look radically different.
Reluctance to reinvent the wheel, maybe someone came across and knows what these patterns are?

Just a lazy and/or underpaid designer.
The first site on Bitrix does not work.
In the second, there are several standard plugins and a self-written theme.

Here on my crystal ball - 100%, what is the UI template here:
- the first screen - a healthy blamba about what we are nishtyak (variations - slider)
- at the top - a cap with a sticky menu (only the menu can stick, without a cap)
- everything is on one page, the links in the menu lead to the "screens" on the same page (on the second link, in fact, it works like this, according to the technique - through jo ..)
Your customer is a genius in analysis (I'm not kidding).
A "template" as a theme for the CMS-look for yourself.
