What is a callback url for authentication?

I'm trying to make an application that will use the foursquere api. To do this, you first need to log in. So in the authorization examples, the callback url is indicated everywhere. What is it and how to find it specifically for an android application? Thanks in advance.

Callback is needed if you have a website and you have an application.
