What ip address will the site see?

Four devices (computers, smartphones) connect to the Internet via wi-fi and access the site (or sites) through a regular home router.
As a result, the site will see four different ip addresses or only one?

There will be one IP. This is your external IP given by your ISP.
If it is white then it will be white, if it is gray then the site will see a gray IP.
The site will not see the IP address behind the router. Unless there is some tricky script that will send this information to the site.
