What inexpensive API service should I choose for cruds with files?

Hello Guys,

Please advise API for uploading, storing and receiving files.
I considered google.drive and firebase as options .

Files need to be uploaded, deleted, downloaded via API, get a link to view and, ideally, be able to somehow dynamically load for viewing / editing (the second is optional).

For abstract files, S3 object storage is fine . There are both cloud hosting and software for deploying on your own infrastructure.
