Hosting \ cdn for pictures with API?

Looking for service\hosting\cdn for tif files.

The point is that I would like to send the file to the CDN, and it would return the previews and image parameters to me (at least just the dimensions). Well, of course, you could download the file.

The traffic will not be big - this service, so that designers can send layouts for printing through CRM to production.

I think Amazon will do.
In Russia, there are several sdn providers Ngenix, CDNvideo, Megafon aka CDN networks, it seems like level3 is going to break into the market, at least I already saw the documentation from them like six months ago.
Amazon is likely to be the cheapest.
