What incident management system would you recommend?

Good time!
Please recommend an incident management system with a knowledge base similar to http://kayako.com that can be deployed on the local area network of a trade and manufacturing company.
It is assumed that applications in this system will be left by employees of the company for its IT department. And in the future, perhaps, for other service departments. The system should show the existing base of instructions and offer to create a new ticket with a choice of direction and setting a priority. And also contain ready-made reports on the workload of destinations so that they can be easily and transparently shown to management.
It is desirable that this be an OpenSource solution.
