What, in your opinion, are the disadvantages and advantages of ToDo services?

Now there are a lot of services of this type. Who uses what? What does your ideal ToDo service look like, what should be there first of all?

In the vast majority of TODO services that I studied, in my opinion, there is one main flaw that nullifies everything: in real life, they cannot be used for any length of time.
The problems, as I see it, are too many steps required to add TODO, and the lack of a "mailbox" concept.
The ideal TODO application/service for me would look like this:
1. The start of entering a note (voice or text - it doesn’t matter) is one click of a button. Yes, without opening the website, without opening the application on the phone, without switching the window in which I am currently working. Just one click of a button. Completing the entry of a note is another click of the button (optional, you can do without pressing at all). No categories, tags, reminder time, names, contacts, places, repetitions. At this step, it doesn't matter at all.
2. Processing of added notes. A simple queue, in order of adding notes, when you can already expand to the full extent: put a reminder, priority, category, context, that's it.
Unfortunately, I have not yet found such services.

The ideal todo service is a flexible service. Such that it was close to the notebook. Therefore, my personal choice is evernote. Yes, this is not a todo, you have to organize it there yourself. But relatively flexible.
