Hello.
I write about pain. I do not know what to do. For the past three years I have been working not in an IT company as a web programmer. I am writing a crm system for managers who sell goods and services. Increasingly, I have to deal with the collection of requirements. Increasingly, you have to call yourself and pull out with ticks what clients (managers) need. There is no one to entrust this to me, and there is no analyst to hire money (according to the management). And I'm already so sick of talking to everyone and finding out the needs, tk. this activity takes time to develop as a web developer. I want to be a first-class developer, but instead I become incomprehensible.
Maybe someone will advise how to be in this situation and help with advice;)

You are actually performing the role of Product Owner, Product Manager and Web Developer at the same time. If you have no desire to move to some company for the role of PM (they pay, by the way, not bad), then we change jobs, because this is a waste of time.
A familiar type of leadership, and in a situation, as a rule, you become to blame yourself (a) for allowing (a) to impose too much on yourself, and as Nikolai Konyukhov wrote above, this state of affairs suits them, they threw it up, you did it, now it’s self taken for granted, and there are only two ways, if the first one doesn’t work - talk, paint the picture as it is, that you don’t want to run after everyone and do things that are not your own.
If this does not bring the proper result, then leave, "thank you all, goodbye."
In my case, it was about the same, and it was a mistake that I sat and was silent for a long time, but I should have just gone and talked, and along the way, set the intonation according to the manner of conversation chosen by the opponent, if they already rest against the horns, answer the same. ..
And, depending on what kind of person, but again, the leaders noticed for such "exploitation" in relation to their employees are unlikely to change, because in their case they are not trying for you, as I understand, they are not trying to motivate you, and thoughts about about hiring someone else to help - no, they have no money. Then why sit there?
As a rule, the development of a technical specialist occurs most quickly in a team where there are specialists of a higher level. You're wasting your time for three years. Keep up the good work, and literally in 5 years you will grow up, maybe to the middle.
