What if I delete all the photos and upload them again?

Dear experts, explain how to do it better?
At one time, I screwed up a little with the file names by setting the names in Russian, and now when the plugin is updated, not all images are displayed.
Now the site is working, because the plugin has not been updated yet.
Now that I have opened the site locally, I want to put everything in order and upload it to the server.
Here's what I encountered:
1) you need to rename the pictures, but as we know, one picture has several options ... It turns out that it's easier to re-upload all the pictures.
But here the question arises - "What do I risk by carrying out such a procedure?"
2) Since I built the site on a shareware server, the links in my database were of the following type HTTP://shareware server.ru/.../...
I don’t know what my hoster did, but despite this, the site works fine through mysite.ru/...
But when I replaced all HTTP://shareware.ru/ with HTTP://mysite.ru/ (by opening DB file in notepad++), then all pictures are no longer displayed at all (except for the standard theme).
In this regard, the question is: - "If I re-upload the pictures, will the links of the old pictures remain in the database? If so, how can I safely remove them?"

Not options, but miniatures. It's not a problem to regenerate them.
But!! How are you going to reupload? If just by FTP with the replacement of file names, nothing will come of it. If manually in each post, then it will turn out.
But when I replaced all HTTP://shareware.ru/ with HTTP://mysite.ru/ (having opened the database file in notepad++), then all the pictures stopped showing at all
Because with such actions you broke the serialized arrays. And if you also changed the hoster or the paths changed in some other way, then everything is even worse.
But I told you about the duplicator ..

Your problem has a much simpler solution:
1. Install Cyr to Lat enhanced (this plugin will replace all links with Latin).
2. Settings / Permalinks / Set the link to "Post Name"
3. Install the All-in-One WP Migration plugin and do Export your site
4. Install a clean CMS Wordpress
on the new hosting 5. Install All-in-One on the new hosting One WP Migration and run Import.
That's it, after these steps you will have a copy of your old site on your new hosting.

You can't do that. Replace with database queries. Even better - there is a tool for moving WordPress.
As for the pictures - if the file names match - then everything is supposed to be fine.
