What if edX.org (Microsoft) constantly pushes back the end date of a course?

Hello!
The problem is actually quite sad and I have already encountered this.
I signed up for this course
Designing Advanced Applications using XAML
Microsoft - DEV206.2x Signed
up for the November session with a certificate and scored points towards it.

But as it turned out, getting the certificate itself is quite difficult. Microsoft (or whoever else is doing it) instead of starting a new session, extends the old one for a month.
I was supposed to get certified back in February.

Today, when I went to the page, I again saw a sad inscription that the course ends in March.
edX itself considers itself only an intermediary and does not want to do anything.
Any ideas how to influence this?
