How to equip a classroom for distance learning?

Good for all!
In the secondary school, it is necessary to equip a class for distance learning.
So far I'm planning:
Moodle and BigBlueButton as a video conferencing service, teacher's workplace-1 at the table (PC, speakers, webcam, microphone), teacher's workplace-2 (board, webcam, microphone). Is it better to make webcams on tripods than to mount them on monitors?
What to do with soundproofing, for example? What is the best way to position the cameras?
Please share your experience with anyone who does this kind of thing. Maybe someone teaches remotely, what are you missing?

@kiloper

We use a bunch of moodle with BBB, webcam is better of course on a tripod, it is better to replace speakers and a microphone with mini headphones with a microphone - less strangers are jesters and it is more convenient for the presenter.
