Nothing will happen. Connect at least 100 A.
The power written on the charger is its maximum power, in fact, the bandwidth.
When connected, the tablet will "take" exactly as much as it needs (that is, 2 A).

It depends more on whether the tablet recognizes the charging as compatible.
If in another charger there is not such a QC chip or something else, then the tablet can stop at the standard 0.5A and take only them.
If the chip is compatible and correctly flashed, then the tablet will take its 2A or even 2.1 if its controller allows it

Volts and amps differ not only in "letters" of abbreviations.
You can apply 2.1 volts, but you can't apply 2.1 amperes. Simply put, volts applied is the charge difference that exists on its own, while amps is the amount of electricity that is pushed through a conductor. And it can go from 0 to infinity.
Select charging by polarity and voltage. She should be able to give out as many amps as she can "gobble up" the tablet, the extra ones will not hurt.
