What IDEs can be used to write GUI programs under Ubuntu?

I want to write programs in C ++ with a graphical interface under Ubuntu.
What IDEs are suitable for this?
And what are the APIs in Ubuntu for that?

Core Qt and GTK libraries. Qt has Qt Creator, GTK has Glade.

Best of all Qt, as IDE - Qt Creator, compiler - standard GNU toolchain.
A GUI for Linux is not in demand, you should not seriously deal with it.
