What IDE would you recommend for Python, Flask, Django development?

It’s clear that you advise PyCharm, I would be happy to, but for a 15-year-old student it’s a little expensive.
What do you think of Eclipse+PyDev?

I recommend a 15-year-old student not to use an IDE.

PyCharm also has a free version (Community) - download from the official site here
You can use third-party editors: the two best to choose from are Atom and Sublime Text , both allow you to install additional packages (packages) that extend the functionality if you need. Atom even has an IDE add-on.
But in general, the standard IDLE is enough to get started.

I advise you to spiral pycharm and do not suffer from remorse. How you make money buy.
From the free one, try visual studio code.
