Hello! Help a beginner to understand, at this stage I began to study Python intensively, I try to put everything on the shelves and delve into all the basics. Faced such thing as Python Bitwise Operators. I teach everything in English, but in order to better understand, I found the material in Russian. But still, I can’t understand what the point is, and how all these magic numbers (bits?) are formed. It would be just great if someone explained in their own words, in simple language and with examples! Yes, it is precisely the examples that I lack to understand this topic!
