What IDE/editor doesn't open all tabs on bulk autocorrect?

For example, sublime opens absolutely all the tabs in which editing has been made, which heavily loads the system with a bunch of open tabs.
Notepad++ does not open, it would seem that what is needed - but unfortunately there is only 1 line in height in find / replace.
