Set up VS 2015 so that compilation output is in folders?

C# WinForms Visual Studio 2015
How can I set up a project so
that only one exe file is compiled into the output folder,
and all other accompanying files (assemblies) are compiled into adjacent subfolders?
Those. so that the finished software product can be used exactly in such a structure - one exe-file and subfolders along with it.
And it's somehow inconvenient that the main exe-file of the program is dumped into a heap with other files in one folder.
