What html editor to use for the site?

The bottom line is - I develop sites, admin panels for them, and very often it becomes necessary to edit the content of pages through the admin panel (for the client). Now I just use ckeditor, but its capabilities in terms of working with complex HTML are not enough.

I need at least support for the boostrap grid, some modules, buttons, etc.

There are projects like n1ed, but it is paid and quite complicated (in terms of interface, there are too many tricks - this is not necessary).

VS Code - excellent, free, a bunch of free plugins on the marketplace for all occasions, including bootstrap snippets. Connects via FTP via a plugin. That is, not an editor built into the CMS
