What hosting in Europe would you recommend?

Hosting required. Required on SSD, speed required.
Unfortunately, Russian hosters are not suitable, and I'm not strong in European ones.
The first thing that Fornex googled. What else will advise from experience?

The largest - OVH, Hetzner, Online
As well as American representations - Google, Amazon.
This is more a question for the organization of your application, and not for the hoster.
Hosters have long and massively switched to SSD - so they save a lot of electricity.
HDD remained only for specific tasks - when large volumes are needed.

Any Wirth. hosting or VDS should be tested. Even one hoster may have different results depending on the server.
