Is it possible to create a local network between computers with access to the Internet via wi fi?

There are 2 rooms (one has 5 computers, the other has 9), they all connect to the Internet via wi fi. Is it possible to create a local network between them, but so that at the same time they connect to the Internet via wi fi?

In fact, the local network has already been created. Just instead of wires you have Wi-Fi. You just need to set everything up))

If the computers are connected via any provider's Wi-Fi, it is quite possible that AP Isolation mode is enabled there - i.e. clients do not see each other. In this case, you have a local network, but do not let traffic through it.
The solution can be a smart Wi-Fi router (capable of being both a client to the network and an AP at the same time - for example, Mikrotik models with two Wi-Fi cards. The price is about 5 tr.), or creating a local network - a wired and Wi-Fi router (already any) that can simply be WiFi client. Or ask your "provider" to disable isolation for you - then the local network will appear automatically.
Well, more. If you just need to share some kind of file trash, then use a cloud service like Google Drive or DropBox.
