What hosting do you recommend for a high-load project?
Greetings! Now we are located at the same provider with iron: 30 cores, 16 GB of RAM, SSD
, they have internal interruptions that interfere with work.
Recommend (preferably in Russia) a good provider for renting servers.

It is unlikely to build something fault-tolerant in one, do it in those two providers
When there is a heavy load, it is cheaper to install your own server and not take a steam bath. And 2 or 3 is better. And make sure that they are equal to each other.
As a rule, for such projects it is better to use servers of the BIGDATA line.
I can offer what I work with myself, servers of this line at Unihost
All servers with excellent uptime, in a normal DC in France (OVH) and high-quality support. DDoS protection up to L7 level for each server. 500 GB of backup for free (you can buy NAS storage) and most importantly, it is possible to combine servers into a virtual network even if they are in different racks.
In terms of traffic, it is unlimited and has a 1 Gbps uplink with a guaranteed bandwidth of 500 Mbps. There are interchanges in St. Petersburg and Moscow - so there should be no problems with ping.
Two servers from different providers. I would take in Hetzner, if the RF is not critical.
I can advise WSR as an addition to hosting. The load reduction will be multiple by caching the dynamics in their CDN. pages will no longer be constantly generated by TsMSkoy + the firewall will filter out unnecessary requests, which will also have a positive effect.
