Operations with sets: on what to perform?

There are sets (arrays) of numbers, for example, A1:[1,2,3], A2: [4,5], A3: [1,6], B1: [1,2], B2:[2,3 ] etc. You must first combine A*, B* and a few more (about a dozen such groups of 1-5 sets each), then intersect the results of these unions and subtract the set Z from the whole result. Time for everything about everything - ideally up to 10 milliseconds with a load of up to a thousand requests per second.
Gentlemen, tell me, what is the best way to count this? Are video cards suitable for this, on which people used to mine bitcoins, or is there something better?
