At the moment we are using a server in Germany (Hetzner), but due to the adopted law on personal data, there is a need to move to Russia. The current costs for the server are around 3500 rubles, I would not like to overpay 2 times, therefore, for example, we do not consider Selectel.
Requirements:
1) XEON processor
2) backup storage is required (ideally included in the tariff plan)
3) control panel (ISPManager ?!)
4) unlimited traffic
5) operational technical support
For now, the choice is between Technodom and Renter.

In general, the problem statement is not clear. What kind of project do you have, how many users, what is the price of an hour of server downtime? Why is VDS/VPS not suitable?
