What hardware to choose for the server to receive information from CRM?
Good afternoon! My name is Roman, I urgently needed to assemble a server for the office, I used to assemble exclusively system blocks (games), I had nothing to do with servers, so I turn to you for help. Interested in modern hardware with the possibility of a further upgrade. What operating system can still be implemented on this server.
Server requirement:
- hot-swappable tower case;
- it must be connected to 15 PCs in the office;
- on each PC there will be a CRM system like bitrix24 or any other and it will fill in a client card with fields (only about 1000 - 1500 characters of text) and a photo image, which will be at least 300 dpi, 480x460 pixels. for one card
- in total, about 200 such cards are obtained per day, and about 70,000 per year.
- All these cards should be stored in the database;
- you need additional disk space for backups;
- there is a possibility that 15 users from a PC will simultaneously upload cards to this server.

Your requirements are not requirements for the server, but some kind of fierce abstraction.
The requirements for the server are:
- 15 Bitrix clients (which means they are more likely to connect via http web)
- if the system is already functioning, then how much memory / disk it eats
- how much the base grows every day in Mb
- how further expansion is planned: computers, base, power
- how much system uptime is required
