What happens to ISPs at certain times?

Good afternoon!

I noticed the same feature in two different providers, strong brakes or even a break for the duration of the Internet connection: MTS is closer to midnight, Rostelecom is closer to 2 o'clock in the morning. Routers and computers were different. What could it be, is it normal at all?

Probably a problem with your hardware, have you considered this option?
And so, as an option, most likely, there is a break in the session, which, as a rule, lasts 24 hours.
