What happens to ActionScript when converted to HTML5?

After several years of hiatus from creating banners, I had to get down to business again and found that now everything is not the same as before. Advertising platforms no longer accept swf, but only html5+js. They advised me to use an online converter, everything seems to be working fine. In this regard, the question arose - what happens to AS when converting? After all, all the animation in the banner is written on it, and with the use of third-party libraries (GreenSock, MC Tween). Is this method safe?

Not any flash file can be converted to html + js, I myself faced the fact that some of my work turned into a mess after the envelope. And it does not depend on whether there was an as-animation, or a regular frame animation. It's just that converters convert the as bytecode in swf files into similar constructions in js, and it's not always possible to translate everything, which converters usually warn about.
