What threatens for using pirated Windows on the server?
For example, if I make a web server, and it will have a pirated Windows Server, or if, for example, I am an online game developer, and they store game servers on a machine with pirated Windows. What will happen? Am I being caught?

As soon as there is a commercial benefit - 100%: YES, they get caught sooner or later.
It's easier - to spend money on a license and bypass these "rakes" legally. (and there will be many more if you want to earn money...)
