Is it possible to enter a physical host into the domain, on which the VM has a domain controller?

There are 2 servers on board with win server 2016 std, Hyper-v is raised on them, on each VM host with DC, all services are replicated (dc, dns, dhcp). Whether a question in that it is possible to enter physical hosts into the domain? What problems can there be? (I want to enter the domain mainly for authentication). Thanks for the advice in advance!

I've been using this setup for several years. There were no problems. The only thing is that I have two controllers and their virtual machine is nailed to the hypervisors (they start / turn off with it)
