What happens if you install Windows 10 on a stationary device, and then insert a hard drive with Windows already installed into a completely different laptop?

Will it turn on at all? Or it will give out that NO BOOTABLE DEVICE, and whether everything will work fine. (I mean a clean simple installation without any drivers)

It will turn on, it will work normally if you connect it to the Internet and let it update the drivers, if there are drivers, of course

Microsoft has instructions on how to transfer the system to another computer in two versions - on the same disk and on a new disk.
The second works kosyachno, but the first is quite efficient.
There, the point is to prepare the system for the First Use - clean it from drivers, so that when you first turn on the OS from scratch, it will detect devices. It works, I did it myself.
Google it.
