What happens if you do not connect capacitors (LB11880 chip)?

Chip LB11880 . Here's what the datasheet says about pins 25, 26, 27:

What happens if you ignore these pins and don't connect anything to them at all? Will the engine run? Is there a finished product with this microcircuit, which immediately contains all the necessary capacitors? To be able to connect only power and rotation speed

Will not work. The dimensions of the microcircuit make it possible to assemble a prototype even on a breadboard, even on a solderless bredboard.
