Hello. There is an article in the top 10 of Yandex for many queries, but I don’t like its url address. If I change it, what's next for the article? Will positions drop for a while? Will it be in the index at all? And how to change the address correctly, will it not be so that when clicking from the search on my article there will be a 404 error?

Change the URL and put a 301 redirect from the old one to the new one.
Positions are likely to sag for a while, but will return.
Users who click on the link will be taken to the new page, even while the old one is still in the index, by 301 redirects.
