What happens if I install debian stable, replace turnips with unstable and do apt-get upgrade?

I know it's a dumb question, but for some reason I'm curious.

How do I install Sid?
Canonical answer: Debian does not have an unstable release. You can only upgrade the system to it from stable or testing. You can do this by editing /etc/apt/sources.list and changing the repository sources from stable to unstable.
It may also be possible to install packages from sid instead of testing packages if you are using a network install from testing branch. This method is not supported, but if you want to try it, go ahead. It's your system, after all. Just don't scream if it breaks.
