What happens if I cancel an Upwork application?

A simple application to a Proposal client, the order has not been accepted yet, it is only being considered, if I refuse the application through Withdraw Proposal, will it not affect the rating? I spent all the applications, half a month has already passed, but there are no orders, will the "coins" for applications return if I refuse the case?

Nothing will happen, the rating is for work, not for applications.

By default, there are 60 connections, and if you make the cheapest bids, this will be 30 applications.
