What happens if BitLocker is enabled on a PC on one system and not on another?

The PC has two HDDs, each with its own Windows, but BitLocker is enabled on one system and not on the other. Will a system with BitLocker enabled have an impact on a system with it disabled?

No, it won't. It only works when enabled.
