What happens, fixed-price payment delay on odesk?

The situation is as follows, the contract was completed with the client and the client paid through odesk, the payment itself is visible in the reports, but it has the Pending status. And it has been delayed for quite a long time, more than a 6-day protective period, the expected unlock date is not indicated. I looked at the client's profile, he does not have a confirmed payment method, it does not show how much he has already paid, and so on.
Does this mean that they threw me in some tricky way and apparently odesk too, or did the payment fail for some mistake?

The situation was resolved as follows. Indeed, the client had problems with the bank, the bank rejected the operation, so the odesk did not remove the Pending status from the payment without receiving the money. In fact, contacting the support did not give anything, only an unsubscribe that they could not provide such information - deal with the client yourself.
As a result, the client, having received a new card and connected it to Odessa, paid for my work without any problems and the Pending status changed to the expected date within 12 hours (about that).
