What happened to VPN on Yota?

Good afternoon.
I have VPN on my server. Connects every other time (if it is mobile Internet). I still sin on the low speed of the Internet itself (Iota). Or it's an iota in itself ... On MTS this is less common, but it still happens.

See how much time has passed... And how much data has been received. It just hung. Time from the 20th yes, it will boot. But falls after a couple of hours and so on again.
If you distribute an iota on a PC (through bypassing the restrictions), then the same thing. It just hangs on the connection string. Sometimes TLS Error crawl out. Time in 20 it will turn out too.
I don't understand what is the problem...
