What happened to the habra user roman_tik?

Many old-timers, and just active users of habr, know a good habr user roman_tik due to his activity in this community, both with useful comments and good articles. But lately I can’t upvote his comments: it’s just that the usual ± are not shown next to his comments, nor even go to his profile to increase karma: 404 error.
Even the UFO could not recognize a link like:

Brad in general with these bans. You add articles to your favorites, you add them, and in the end there is a solid UFO. Lately I've started saving sensible articles on disk (damn it's 2011), because you can no longer be sure that an article by a person with huge karma and a bunch of badges of honor will be available in a few months :(
