What happened to the Contribution on Github?

Good afternoon!
Yesterday I deleted several repositories from my Github account , which I see no reason to keep there. After the deletion, the Contribution field has changed for me. Now all the commits in it have become dark green. Has anyone encountered this problem? What happened?

Contribution reflects your activity.
The darker the box, the greater the number of commits on that day.
However, activity (and color gradation) is relative.

  1. Day 1 you made 15 commits (this day is dark), the rest of the days you made 1 commit each (these days will be light).
  2. You delete the repo that contains all those 15 commits in 1 day.
  3. Github starts recalculation.
  4. Now you have 1 commit every day, which means that the squares will become dark.

These are not "commits", but a color designation of the number of commits (and other things) on a particular day to the average number of commits per day (purely by logic). Everything is displayed normally as for me. There's even a scale on the bottom right. And there is even a link to a description of how it is considered, but I was too lazy to read it.
