What happened to my openwrt router?

I decided to go to my home remote router.
The web interface gave out what is indicated in the picture.
What happened and how to fix it?
The router works responds via ssh.

The problem with the web face. Probably updated recently or put something. The muzzle is written in Lua (it is not clear why, Lua is usually used in games), if you feel that you can debug, debug it, but if not, you will most likely have to rearrange it.
