What happened to moskva.fm?

Does anyone know what happened to moskva.fm?
the resource stopped working on May 1, 2015, all my attempts to get any comment from the admin through links from off. sites - unsuccessful, twitter, livejournal, vk, facebook - everything has long been abandoned.
So I decided to ask here, maybe someone out of the corner knows / heard - understands what happened?
search on the news, and just in Google-Yandex it gives out some kind of garbage, as if nothing had happened.
It would be a pity if such archives were hopelessly lost ((

"The temporary refusal of the archive is related to changes in the anti-piracy legislation... So far, the administration of the Moskva.fm service has not decided whether the archive will be returned and how issues with the copyright holders can be settled in this case."

"On June 18, 2014, the Kommersant newspaper reported that the Vinograd company, which was negotiating the acquisition of the Moskva.fm and Piter.fm websites, decided to agree on partnership with Russian radio stations... "Vinograd" offers radio stations a quarterly fixed fee, as well as a "variable part of the remuneration".... One of the main requirements of the radio stations was the closure of access to their archives"
