I lost connection both in QiP and on my smartphone at the same time. Are they changing protocol again?

upd1: Connection appeared; we were offline for about 10 minutes...
upd2:... and the connection was lost again.
upd3: In total, the connection was lost-appeared three times, at the moment ICQ is working fine.
upd4: Two days later - the flight is normal, anomalies no longer appear.
