Hello. I have a site on one of the popular engines. Access to the main code is not provided. It is possible to make changes to the head area and add widget codes. Tell me, at least theoretically, is it possible to add an anonymous audio message or audio chat widget so that the user enters the page without registration, clicks on the button, and I receive an audio message in the mail. Or so that it is saved on a third-party server and I can answer the client through the widget.

If you can embed some JS into the page, yes.
Insert button and script. The script sends data anywhere. At least on the same site, at least on your server. And already your server sends you a letter or does something else.
