What happened in perl 5.24 that the use lib command stopped working?

Good afternoon, colleagues! I have a perl script. In pearl version 5.14.2 the script is executed correctly.
And in the 5.24.1 version of the pearl, there is some kind of failure, which consists in the inability to find modules that are connected
to the script via use lib. Message: Cant locate module.pm in @INC...Module files are present in FS, cpan is not used in both cases. What could be the reason?
