Is there an alternative to Movable Type?

Good afternoon.
Looking for an alternative to Movable Type.
Namely, the admin panel with the ability to add, edit and manage articles for the blog.
Management is needed not only for articles, but also for the media content in them.
The most minimal is the ability to add pictures to articles with automatic uploading to the server, and creating an image preview.
The result is dumped into static html.
I hope I worded everything correctly.
I'm looking for, preferably in php, but I'll consider other options.
In general, something like a static site generator, but with a convenient admin panel for managing content.

sort through staticgen.com
, for example, Pelican can import from WordPress, and docpad.org seems to have an admin panel, in any case, the most popular generics are collected there
