What graphics card would you recommend for KDE?

Good afternoon!
At work, I have to switch to Linux. The employer offers to buy a new computer. If everything is quite clear with the processor, memory and disk, then my information on the video card has become outdated for a long time.
A few years ago, I remember, there were various and numerous problems with drivers and tiring with might and main.
The distribution will be 99.99% Manjaro KDE.
What do you advise? AMD? Nvidia? Which model (from not very expensive ones) is best compatible?
I don't plan to play games.
PS: You will need to work on 2 monitors.

Built-in enough to work.

If blue then green, if red then red.
And so glance in HCL. In theory, drivers are imported regularly for both. The question is that under Linux they are somewhat flawed, but such is life.
PS why not satisfied with the integrated card?
PPP if you are planning some kind of video calculations, definitely Nvidia.

Intel and AMD opensource should work out of the box on many distributions.
Nvidia is closed proprietary drivers.
On some laptops, in the case of Nvidia, you will have to master bumblebee to run and use the drivers.

At work, I have to switch to Linux.

I sympathize.
GeForce 610 and 630 more or less worked for me on proprietary drivers.

Intel: works fine, but does not occur in AMD processors. If you take Intel, then the best option, IMHO.
NVIDIA: there may be tearing (it is cured, but the healing process may be different for different software), there are problems with Wayland and WebRender does not work in firefox. This is probably not a complete list.
I have no relevant experience with AMD.
UPD: In February 2020, I bought myself a Radeon RX 570 just for two new monitors (two DisplayPorts are not found on simpler video cards). For 3 months, there are no complaints about the work. Nvidia is probably even more problematic.

The old NVidia GTS250 works and does not buzz. Firewood nouveau. On firewood, nvidia did not overcome the problem of "console on integra" (if the computer has both an external card and an integra, then when using nvidia firewood, the console turns out to be on an integra and you can't get it out of there). If you use nouveau - immediately check the support of your card - I had to specifically ask for an older card :)

any of the modern AMD video cards will work fine in any distribution kit without shamanism with the installation of proprietary drivers, for example, rx580 or younger models, because the kernel has long had a free driver, which, perhaps, even surpasses the closed AMDGPU Pro

The situation now is such that AMD video cards feel best on Linux due to open drivers.
With nvidia you have to tinker. Not all of their cards run on free drivers. And proprietary has its own characteristics.
So if you build a PC from scratch, then I would build it on AMD. But here it all depends on the tasks.
